Ionic foot baths

This is a bath based on electrolysis and it has the power to remove harmful toxins and waste. The electrical current triggers an internal chemical reaction that causes the body to expel the toxins through the feet. These baths are consisted of warm water and salt. You just need to soak the feet in the bath until the water darkens.

Here are several baths/soaks:

Epsom salt bath

You will need:

A cup of Epsom salt

2 cups of baking soda

A cup of ACV

A cup of sea salt

2 drops of some essential oil

Preparation: fill one bowl with water and add the salts and mix them well. Then, fill your bathtub with warm water and add the salt and water mixture. Next, add the ACV and essential oil. Soak the feet for half an hour.

Clay detox bath

You will need:

Half a cup of Epsom salt

3 drops of some essential oil

Half a cup of bentonite clay

Preparation: put the Epsom salt in boiled water and stir it to dissolve. Then, add the clay and essential oil and soak the feet for 30 minutes.

Oxygen bath

You will need:

A tbsp of ginger

2 cups of hydrogen peroxide

Preparation: fill your bathtub with water and then add the ingredients. Soak the feet for half an hour.

Foot detox pads

These pads can be purchased at any health store or pharmacy. Put them onto the soles before bed and in the morning, remove them. They will be black, which means that all toxins have been removed successfully.
