Beautiful skin with natural products
These ingredients are especially good
Before using any cosmetic products, it is of course important to cleanse your skin regularly, even with natural cosmetics. This is best done with a PH-neutral cleansing milk.

Cleansing milk
This cleansing milk can contain various herbs, which have a soothing and invigorating effect on the skin.
Very suitable for that are:
- Chamomile
- Mistletoe
- Yarrow
Rather dry skin
This can also be remedied. These will help you relieve dryness:
- Aloe
- Benzoin
- Burdock
- Calendula
Whether you use an ointment made from these herbs or take them in tablet or tea form, they help in every way.

Natural face mask
What always works, though, are face masks with active ingredients like:
- Chamomile
- Hops
- Lemon balm
Mint, menthol or camphor oil will also help you in all the places you want to treat. These moisturizing essences work on the whole skin and not only on the face.
However, your skin can also be supported from the inside. Foods such as spelt, carrots or sunflower oil provide you with additional vitamin E and thus strengthen your skin. Minerals and fluids as well as a healthy diet are also important to keep your skin as naturally pure as possible.

Which devices do I need?
Every household has the equipment required for cosmetics production. This includes:
- Pots
- Measuring jugs
- Stove
- Scales
- Spoons
Different funnels and sieves of various sizes are used to sieve ingredients and fill bottles and jars cleanly.
What ingredients do I need for homemade natural cosmetics?
You can find the ingredients you need in your own garden, in grocery stores and health food shops:
- There you can find sunflower, olive and rapeseed oil, for example, as well as wholemeal flour, herbs, fruit, spices and dried plants such as lavender or rose petals.
However, buy all ingredients in organic quality.
You can get the beeswax you often need from a beekeeper and of course there are also plenty of suppliers on the internet.

What do I need to bear in mind during preparation?
The workplace and equipment must always be clean, hygiene is an absolute must. Before using equipment and packaging, disinfect them with alcohol. You can use high-proof vodka, for example. This does not have a strong odor.
This is used to rinse out jars and spray bottles and spray funnels and other equipment.
Also wash your hands thoroughly before preparation! Never touch bottles and cans on the inside!
